Under normal circumstances, working as the Sous Chef can be extremely demanding.  When the head chef is your wife however......well....no......I’ll leave that one alone.

 

My culinary adventure started in late 2007.  Working mostly as the taste tester for Elise's school projects.  I would come to learn flavor combinations and cooking techniques simply by watching her work.  After the first school year, I knew we were on to something.  By graduation, we knew what that was.

 

Outside of the kitchen, I still love to use my hands.  I've been building high performance engines from 1.6L to 6.0L in various configurations(naturally aspirated, turbo and supercharged) for just under 20 years.
