Roasted to perfection and pan fried until crisp. Topped with a roasted chutney and served with sauteed kale.

Rosemary Lamb Lollipops

Served on a parsnip puree and topped with a fresh mint pea salad.

Dessert

Lava Cakes

Warm dark chocolate cake filled with lavender dark chocolate ganache, finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.
