Fresh pea puree topped with pulled smoked ham hock.

With mixed greens, mild goat cheese and candied pecans. Tossed in a lightly herded vinaigrette.

Spanish Garlic Prawns

Over a herbed butter mash and broccolini.

Pumpkin pie square with French vanilla bean ice cream topped with fresh whipped cream.
