Chef Elise Finley

Food. Art. Love.

Family and food have always gone hand in hand.  This holds true in my family.  In fact, the only time we settled down long enough to laugh with each other(or was it laugh "at" each other) was around the dinner table.  This has inspired me to bring that same joy and laughter to your dinner table.

 

I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, San Francisco Campus, in 2008 with honors.  I have spent the last 5 years using this degree in classic French quisine creating meals that cater to various dietary or ethnic demands.

 

When not behind a knife, I am wielding a paint brush.  Most people wouldn't immidately associate the two, but they go hand in hand when you view the plate as a blank canvas.
